Can I cancel a maintenance plan?
Yes. We don't lock you into multi-year contracts. If your situation changes, you can cancel and we'll prorate any unused visits. We retain customers through quality service, not contract terms.
Is a maintenance plan worth it if my system is old and I expect to replace it soon?
Yes, for two reasons. A well-maintained aging system is less likely to fail catastrophically before you're ready for replacement — you can plan the replacement on your schedule rather than being forced into an emergency purchase decision. And the maintenance visits give us the opportunity to advise you on replacement timing with accurate condition information.
