Water is flooding from my AC unit. What should I do?
Shut the system off at the thermostat immediately to stop further condensate production. Then call us. A flooding AC unit usually has a completely blocked condensate drain causing the overflow pan to fill and drain into the ceiling or wall. The longer you run it, the more water damage occurs. This is a same-day service item.
Can a failed capacitor be why my AC stopped working?

A failed run capacitor causes the compressor and/or fan motor to draw excessive current, overheat, and shut down on thermal overload. Capacitor replacement typically restores operation immediately.
