How much does an AC tune-up cost in Los Angeles?

Do I need a tune-up if my AC is only 2–3 years old?
New systems benefit less from tune-ups than older ones, but there's still value in confirming the refrigerant charge is exactly right (sometimes needs a minor adjustment after the first season) and keeping the condensate drain clear.
