Founded by Leo in the early 2000s, LC Heating & Air started with one goal: provide Los Angeles homeowners with honest, competent HVAC service. Over twenty years later, that goal has not changed.
We are fully licensed and insured. We hold California CSLB #1073586 and carry full liability and workers’ compensation insurance. We employ only NATE-certified, background-checked technicians.
Experience across thousands of LA homes. We have worked in 1920s Spanish Colonials in Los Feliz with ancient ductwork, and 1960s Valley ranches where the original furnace is barely running.
We also handle modern Beverly Hills multi-zone systems and West Hollywood high-rise rooftop units. This breadth of experience means we almost always know the most cost-effective way to fix your system.
We understand local HVAC demands. Santa Ana winds stress systems with hot desert air and clog condenser coils. Marine layer humidity creates mold conditions in coastal evaporator coils.

How we work — and what makes us different
The HVAC industry has a reputation problem. Surprise diagnostic fees. High-pressure upselling towards system replacement when a quick repair would do. We built LC Heating & Air to be different.
Honest diagnostics and upfront estimates. If the answer is “this system has three good years left and a repair makes sense,” that is what we tell you — even if we could make more selling a new system.
No hourly billing for repairs. You get a flat price for the specific repair needed. If we discover additional issues, we stop, explain what we found, and give you a separate estimate before proceeding.
Correct sizing every time. For installations, we perform a Manual J load calculation on every job. Oversized systems short-cycle and wear out faster. Correct sizing is the key to long-term comfort.
