El termostato de mi bomba de calor hace que mi sistema funcione en modo enfriamiento cuando pido calor. ¿Por qué?
Esto es casi siempre un problema de configuración del cable O/B. Los termostatos de bomba de calor tienen un terminal O/B que controla la válvula inversora. El termostato necesita configurarse según si el cable O/B activa la válvula en modo calefacción (cableado B, estándar Rheem/Ruud) o modo enfriamiento (cableado O, la mayoría de las demás marcas). Una configuración incorrecta del O/B hace que la bomba de calor funcione en el modo equivocado.
